My Story

I am a trainer out of Strongsville, Ohio. I have played the game of basketball for 17 years, starting at the age of 5 with YMCA. Throughout my career, I have won many AAU championships and awards. As a player, I had 3 years of varsity experience, even starting a few games my sophomore year. I also have played collegiately at Notre Dame College. As a coach, I was at Columbia Middle School to coach their 8th grade team. I have also coached at various levels of AAU with Argento Basketball Club and Hoop Guru. As a trainer, I use the drills that I have practiced from past trainers that I have worked out with. Some of the likes of Robbie Haught, Phil Argento Jr. and Sr., and Bob Nance.
